(1) If the land owned by the Government of Nepal is necessary for the operation of an industry of national priority, the related industry shall submit an application to the industry registration body in the format of Schedule-18 to use such land.
(2) If any application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the industry registration agency shall send such application and other documents attached to it in writing to the relevant agency for necessary action through the Ministry.
(3) If written in accordance with sub-rule (2), the relevant body shall submit such land to the Government of Nepal for the necessary decision regarding making such land available on lease to national priority industries in accordance with Section 31 of the Act.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if it is submitted for a decision to provide the land on lease, the Government of Nepal may make the land available on lease according to the prevailing law.
